Ladies, there is one and only one way for you to lose weight, lose body fat, and achieve a ripped six pack set of abs. Well a healthy diet goes without saying, but the answer is that you must train with a high level of intensity in order to significantly exert yourself! In other words, you have got to work until you are breathing hard, sweating, and you heart feels like it is going to beat out of your chest! Sometimes the truth hurts ladies, but if you have read my other material then you know I'm not the type of guy to play silly games and BS you!
Physical Exertion: The Key To Ripped Abs
You see ladies the key to physically exerting yourself by engaging in lifts and resistance related exercises is that it will speed up your body's metabolism. In order to speed up your metabolic rate you must build lean muscle mass and the only way to build lean muscle mass is to physically exert yourself through lifts and resistance related exercises. Furthermore, if you engage in lifts and resistance related exercises with the intension of getting a ripped body and set of abs then those exercises should be multi-joint in nature.
In other words, if you are trying to train your thigh muscle then you are a 100 times better off by doing squats rather than leg extensions. Squats, kettlebell swings, and deadlifts are all multi-joint, because they involve more than one joint, therefore you are working more than one single muscle group. Once again this is much better for you in terms of speeding up your overall metabolism in order for you to achieve a rock hard set of six pack abs!
If you are going to get a set of ripped abs then you have got to elevate your level of perceived exertion through these multi-joint related lifts. These types of exercises are also great for strengthening your big core muscles which not only involve your abs, but involve all of the other surrounding muscles and stabilizers as well. This will also benefit you by giving you a great baseline of strength which allows you to engage in more intense exercises that lead to more and more physical results. You see how all of this is a compounding effort!
If you haven't started engaging in intense levels of physical exertion then you are wasting time on trying to achieve a rock hard set of six pack abs. Take the time to engage in those big core lifts such as kettlebell swing and squats. Remember ladies that most anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart!
